Hmmm... it looks like you might need to flatten your pages a little more before you scan them! Also, try boosting the CONTRAST and BRIGHTNESS (if your software can do that) to get rid of those fold shadows.
Otherwise, it looks good!
yeah i haven't done this in a while. my scanner has been broken for a year now so i don't have the practice. I'll try the brightness thing too!
